The project Developer for this property hired Penco to perform a complete interior and exterior renovation. The goal of the project was to convert an existing apartment rental community to "for sale" condominiums. The project consisted of adding major exterior architectural elements as well as reconfiguring the interior floor plans to increase the overall square footage of the units. As a result of the quality and timeliness of the work, the project was completed ahead of schedule and and successfully market the units within months.
