Fire Reconstruction

An apartment unit fire resulted in a total building loss at this apartment community. Complete demolition of the fire damaged building and foundation were necessary in order to reconstruct the building. The project presented several unique challenges; 1) The construction site was located at the center of the property; 2) There were severe elevation variations. These challenges greatly limited accessibility and made the scheduling of equipment and materials paramount in the successful completion of the project.
